Individual Therapy for High Achieving Women in NYC
“I’m always doing, always striving, and always showing up — but somehow, I’m the one I keep putting last.”
Do this sound like you?
You keep hitting goals, getting praised, checking things off… but when the day ends, you still feel empty or restless. You think, “Why doesn’t any of this feel like enough?”
You sit down to watch a show or rest, but your brain starts listing emails you could answer, tasks you should finish, or ways you could be using the time “better.”
If you have a productive day, you feel good about yourself. If you miss a deadline or something doesn’t go well, it feels personal like you failed, not just the task.
Even when nothing is urgently wrong, your body feels braced. Your mind is always running through the next thing, and being “off” never actually feels off.
You spend an hour rewriting one email, over prepare for meetings, or delay starting things because “it needs to be perfect”.
You know your to-do list in like the back of your hand, but if someone asks how you’re feeling, you go blank.
You have energy to solve everyone’s problems at work, but feel emotionally unavailable with people you love. Texts go unanswered, plans get pushed back, and relationships keep getting what’s left over.
If someone asked what you want for yourself personally you don’t know how to answer.

My Approach:
In our work together, we don’t focus on doing less or becoming someone else. We focus on helping you stay ambitious while also learning how to listen to yourself, regulate your nervous system, and name your needs without guilt.
My approach is:
Culturally responsive and trauma-informed, honoring the full context of your life
Focused on insight and nervous system regulation, not just talking things through
Grounded in practical support, so growth feels usable, not theoretical
Centered on alignment, so your success feels sustainable, not draining
I’m a good fit for women who want support that respects their drive, challenges unrealistic expectations, and makes room for both achievement and rest.
Together, we work toward helping you feel more present, more regulated, and more connected to yourself not by doing more, but by learning how to move through your life with intention instead of pressure. If you feel ready lets do it together!
