My work focuses on helping you understand the roots of your anxiety… not just manage the symptoms. So you can stop living on autopilot and start living in alignment with who you actually are.

In therapy, we work on setting boundaries without guilt, prioritizing yourself without fear, and building a relationship with yourself that feels honest, confident, and secure.
